Job Summary:
The OGSS Admissions Coordinator serves as a recruiter and admissions coordinator for Evangel University online undergraduate and graduate programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries registrations chats and other contact collection methods. Cultivate engagement with prospects through phone email and text to help nurture them from first contact to enrolled student.
- Enter leads contact details application/admission information into Evangels customer service relationship management system.
- Participate in outbound call campaigns. Campaigns could include (but are not limited to) lead nurturing campaigns recruit back campaigns prior interest remarketing campaigns file completion campaigns recruitment event campaigns and registration campaigns.
- Work with assigned department(s) and program director(s) to meet enrollment goals. Activities include but are not limited to the following:
- Participate in recruitment networking or B2B events or meetings as required.
- Participate in enrollment goal setting and keep department and program leaders informed of progress towards goal. This includes information about prospective student leads applicants and admits in the funnel.
- Escalate leads when needed or necessary to keep them moving towards. enrollment.
- Coordinate admission review of prospective students.
- Coordinate admission interviews when needed or required.
- Communicate admission decisions to prospective students.
- Represent the University at on campus and off campus recruitment events. This could include visits to feeder schools college fairs community events conferences and other events where meeting with prospective students is possible.
- Work with enrollment and marketing leaders as needed to develop marketing/communication material and campaigns.
- Provide general support to the OGSS team as needed. (Other duties as assigned)
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree required; masters degree preferred. Valid drivers license. Active Christian faith and commitment to the conduct and lifestyle of Evangel University.

Desired skills experience and qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in MS Word Excel Outlook. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pitch features and benefits of EUs academic degree programs.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
- Ability to prioritize workload according to volume urgency cycle etc.
- Motivated self-starter.
- A heart to serve the students staff and faculty.
