Role: Salesforce Delivery lead

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities stakeholder management expertise and hands-on experience in delivering large-scale Salesforce engagements across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and related ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery across multiple engagements and teams.
- Drive successful implementation enhancement and support projects within Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders architects developers QA and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project scope timelines risks budgeting and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and stakeholder management.
- Ensure adherence to delivery governance Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers consultants and technical leads.
- Work closely with solution architects to define scalable and optimized Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor project health delivery metrics and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support presales activities including estimations proposals solutioning and client presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and delivery excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 years of overall IT experience with 6 years in Salesforce delivery/program management.
- Strong experience managing Salesforce implementation and transformation projects.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and integrations.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Experience handling offshore/onshore delivery models.
- Excellent communication leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Application/System Architect
Experience working with global clients and enterprise-scale environments.
Knowledge of DevOps CI/CD and Salesforce release management is an added advantage.
