We are hiring Transcriptionists / Data Labelers to support AI training by converting audio and conversational data into structured high-quality datasets.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong listening typing and attention-to-detail skills especially those with experience in transcription content review or data labeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio recordings accurately (including speaker labels and timestamps when required)
- Label and annotate audio and text data based on guidelines
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across tasks
- Follow structured instructions and annotation rules
- Flag unclear or low-quality audio/data
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets
Requirements
- Native or near-native British English proficiency
- Strong listening and comprehension skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable working on repetitive task-based work
- Basic computer and internet skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in transcription captioning or subtitling
- Experience in data labeling or annotation
- Familiarity with QA or review processes
