As a Senior Quality Control Supervisor you will serve as a site quality leader responsible for Quality Control governance across raw materials root inspection in-process controls and finished goods. This role reports to the Manager Quality and leads QC Analysts Calibrators and Root Tipper Operators. You will work closely with Production Maintenance Logistics SSC Agribusiness Procurement HR certification bodies and laboratory standards authorities to support site leadership customer confidence and compliance excellence.

What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end Quality Control activities covering raw materials root inspection in-process controls and finished goods ensuring sampling plans test methods specifications and release decisions are consistently applied.

• Act as a key QC decision-maker for product disposition escalation of non-conformances quality risk decisions and special release scenarios at site level.

• Oversee raw material and root quality programs working with Procurement Agribusiness and Production to address quality deviations trends seasonal variability and corrective actions.

• Ensure finished goods testing release hold processes traceability batch record review and product genealogy comply with internal standards customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Lead food safety compliance and audit readiness across QC operations including HACCP GMP FSSC 22000 / ISO standards regulatory Halal Kosher allergen sanitation and customer requirements.

• Own QC data integrity across LIMS SPC and laboratory systems while ensuring effective calibration verification and qualification programs for QC instruments and inspection tools.

• Lead continuous improvement and structured problem solving through RCA CAPA FMEA SPC and DMAIC to reduce defects rework complaints and laboratory turnaround time.

• Lead coach and develop QC team members setting clear performance expectations and fostering a strong food safety quality and safety culture across QC and inspection teams.

What you will bring:

• Bachelors or masters degree in Food Science Food Engineering Chemistry Microbiology or a related field.

• 510 years of experience in Quality Control within food and beverage pharma chemical FMCG dairy ingredient or related manufacturing environments.

• Strong knowledge of HACCP GMP BRC and food safety management systems with working knowledge of FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 / ISO 9001 preferred.

• Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally with production maintenance logistics agribusiness procurement HR and external certification bodies.

• Proficiency with LIMS SPC laboratory instrumentation calibration programs and quality data systems.

• Strong analytical problem-solving communication and English skills; knowledge of GLP and ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory management systems is an advantage.
