Sell consultatively into Life Sciences (Clinical Biotech Pharma) opening doors and expanding into FSP consulting and project solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build net-new logos
- Own pipeline and revenue
- Expand accounts into solutions
- Sell to C-suite and business owners (not HR)
Requirements:
- 2 years BD experience
- Hunter mentality (not account management)
- Life Sciences CRO or staffing background preferred
- Consultative selling approach
Comp:
- $75K$90K uncapped commission
- Tiered structure: 5-18% of gross profit
- Monthly payments on approved timesheets
- Real upside: Top performer made $500K
