Job Summary
Caterpillar has an exciting opportunity for a Creative Consultant. As a Creative Consultant you will manage creative projects from start to finish including concept application art direction creative execution and delivery. You will have a seat at the table and creative control over graphic design for several invaluable divisions within Caterpillars Corporate Services segment.
What You Will Do:
Create informative and entertaining graphics photographs audio video and other visual elements for visual communication media within the field.
Adhere to the companys brand voice. Act as a resource/contact for brand issues.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize projects write briefs obtain materials finalize designs and frequently communicate the status of all projects with clients and stakeholders.
Be a valuable partner with the Strategy and Project Management teams to ensure that all work delivers on the creative brief
Oversees the work of other designers and producers. Determine the overall style in which a message is communicated visually to its audience.
What You Have:
Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches tools and techniques for promoting creative original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Education: Bachelors degree in graphic design and/or equivalent experience

Summary Pay Range:
$97530.00 - $146290.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
