Location: Portland OR 97225
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday Thursday 8:30 PM 6:00 AM
Shift: Night Shift 4x10 Hours
Weekly Hours: 40 Hours
Position Overview
A leading healthcare facility in Portland Oregon is seeking an experienced and dependable X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. This opportunity offers a consistent night-shift block schedule within a fast-paced acute care environment ideal for imaging professionals who thrive in collaborative clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures accurately and efficiently
- Ensure patient safety comfort and proper positioning during examinations
- Operate and maintain radiology equipment in accordance with facility protocols
- Document imaging procedures and patient information within the EMR system
- Collaborate with radiologists physicians and clinical staff to support timely patient care
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
Qualifications
- Active X-Ray Technologist certification/licensure required
- Minimum 1 year of recent X-Ray experience required
- First-time travelers are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts
