As aJunior Privacy Coordinator will support the Privacy Coordinators working within the Europe Operations team who leadthefirstlineofresponsibilityonallprivacyrelatedmatters to ensure DLL acts in compliance with data protection regulation protecting sensitive customer data and maintaining the trust of our customers and partners.

Day to day:
FundamentalResponsibilities:
- Participateand provide support to the Europe Privacy Operations Lead Privacy Coordinators and Global Privacy Office in relation to anyregulatoryexaminationsandinternalauditsrelatingtoprivacy.
- Support the Privacy Coordinators to drive the Privacy visionand missionforallmatters embeddingthe groupprivacyframeworkintothebusiness complying with local privacy laws and the DLL Global Privacy Framework.
- Support the Privacy Coordinators who directoverseeandcoordinateprivacyprograms and projectswithin the Europe Privacy Operations team the Global Privacy Office and senior executives to ensure consistency across DLL.
- Assist the Privacy Coordinators in managingandupdatingthelocalRecordofProcessingActivity(ROPA)intheglobal privacy management system (One Trust)
- Assist the Privacy Operations Officers with Data Breach Management in handling and investigating privacy incidents breaches and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Assist the Privacy Coordinators with conducting privacy risk and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) to identify privacy risks associated with new projects systems or processes in accordance with the Global Privacy framework.
- Manage non-complex Data Subject requests to exercise rights of access deletion objection rectification and information.
- Assist the Privacy Operations Officers with ensuring compliant sharing of personal data with external parties and maintaining the Data Sharing Register.
- Assist the Privacy Coordinators with their work with local legal to ensure data processing agreements are in place for relevant supplier relationships to comply with the requirements of GDPR.
- Assist the Privacy Coordinators with monitoringchangestoprivacylegislationandimplementingsuchchangestothe privacy policies statements and practices in their markets.
- Support the Privacy Coordinators to provide privacytrainingadviceand guidancetoall departments regarding privacy-related regulatory and best practice requirements and raise Privacy awareness with the delivery of local training and awareness programs.
- Assist Privacy Coordinators with transfer impact assessments (both external and internal) and applying appropriate contractual requirements and implementing supplementary measures ensuring compliant transfer of personal data to third countries.
- Assist the Privacy Coordinators with privacy related queries from internal stakeholders and external partners suppliers and customers.
- Assist the Privacy Coordinators with their work with the Risk team to monitor compliance with the Global Policies and relevant regulations by undertaking regular risk reviews according to the Risk Governance of DLL.
- Assist the Privacy Coordinators with providing support to the Information Security team to manage remediations in response to automated alerts of data loss.
- Assist the Privacy Coordinators to collaborate with different departments to integrate compliance data protection and risk management practices into daily operations.

Educationandothercredentials:
- ABachelorsdegreeinlaw / business or related field acquired in the EU/UK.
- Additionalcertificationsinprivacyinformationsecurityinformationmanagementinformation technology business or related field would be an added advantage.
- CertifiedInformationPrivacyProfessional(CIPP)certificationorequivalentqualificationin Privacy.(Desirable)
Experience:
- 2Yearsofexperiencedemonstratinganunderstandingofdataprivacyanddatahandlingorat least 2 years of experience with a focus on privacy compliance.
- Experienceperformingprivacyand/orsecurityassessments.
- Experienceindatacollectionanalysisandreporting
- Experienceinthefinancialservicesindustrywithspecificexperienceinequipmentleasingand vendor finance (preferred)
Technical/Functionalskillsandknowledge:
- Professional fluency in in Spanish French and English is a must in this role.
- KnowledgeofGDPRandlocalPrivacyRegulations.
- Knowledge of the guidelines codes of conduct resolutions published by national data protection authorities.
- Knowledge of other privacy-related regulations (e-Privacy Data Act)
- Technical knowledge in new technologies such as Cloud AI and IaaS / SaaS- platforms.
