Duties & Responsibilities

Goods Receiving & Inspection

Verify deliveries against purchase orders delivery notes and invoices
Inspect raw materials and components for damage quality and quantity
Complete and process Goods Received Notes (GRNs)

Inventory & Stock Control

Update stock on ERP / inventory systems (SAP Syspro Oracle commonly used in manufacturing)
Assist with cycle counts and stock takes
Ensure correct storage labelling and batch tracking

Documentation & Administration

Maintain accurate receiving registers and filing
Capture data accurately and on time
Resolve discrepancies with procurement suppliers and store

Health & Safety Compliance

Adhere to OHS handling procedures and factory safety rules
Comply with quality standards FIFO/FEFO principles
Handle hazardous or regulated materials where applicable

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade12 NSC)
3-5 years experience in receiving stores or manufacturing warehousing preferred
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong numeracy and record keeping
Integrity and honesty
