• Onboard/Train TheFork Partners to TheFork Manager the best ERBs for restaurant booking management out there;
• Ensure Partners are using the management software on a daily basis and support them streamline and improve their service management
• Guide our Partners through their digital transformation
• Generate interest in Partners by showing them the opportunity to upgrade their ERB
• Re-Train Partners on the ERB and proactively propose a refresh about it when needed
• Being watchful for improvement in training techniques
• Guarantee an excellent partner experience during the onboarding process
• Bring feedback from the field to improve our ERB in collaboration with our Product Team

• At least C2 level of Italian and fluency in English are mandatory
• Previous experience in similar roles is appreciated
• Experience working with CRM (Salesforce is definitely a plus)
• Great communication skills
• Team player passionate open-minded with a touch of humor
• Great stamina and flexibility
