JOB TITLESeasonal InternPOSITION SUMMARYThe Seasonal Intern supports the day to day operations of the assigned location or department by assisting with administrative operational and project based tasks. This position is designed for high school students to gain practical workplace experience develop professional skills and learn about departmental functions in a structured supervised environment. The internship is temporary and seasonal in FUNCTIONSAssist department staff with routine administrative and operational tasks Support data entry research filing document organization and record maintenance Participate in department projects as assigned including research and basic analysis Prepare materials reports or presentations under supervision Attend meetings or training sessions to learn departmental processes Follow organizational policies procedures and confidentiality requirements Perform other related duties as assigned within scope of training and experiencePerforms all functions according to established policies procedures regulatory and accreditation requirements as well as applicable professional standards.
