Job Summary
Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Days
Location: Moses Lake WA 98837
Job Type: Contract 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift
About the Role:
Seeking an experienced ICU RN to provide direct patient care and coordinate care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care
Supervise and coordinate care provided by staff
Provide patient and family education
Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
Ensure compliance with patient safety and hospital policies
Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives
Support admissions discharges and unit coordination when serving as Charge Nurse
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Current Washington State RN license required
BLS certification required
ACLS PALS TNCC PEARS and Moderate Sedation certifications required within designated timelines
Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred
Acute care nursing experience preferred
Strong critical thinking delegation and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand walk lift push and pull throughout shifts
Ability to perform CPR and assist with patient handling
Strong mental focus and emotional stability in critical care settings
