Position Summary
We are seeking an experiencedNurse Supervisor (RN)to lead clinical operations within theBehavioral HealthThis role is responsible for supervising nursing staff ensuring high-quality patient care and maintaining compliance with clinical and regulatory standards in a fast-paced emergency setting.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff .
Ensure safe effective and patient-centered care delivery
Coordinate daily staffing assignments and workflow
Monitor compliance with hospital policies clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
Collaborate with physicians interdisciplinary teams and leadership
Address and resolve clinical and operational issues in real time
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Required Qualifications
ActiveNew York State Registered Nurse (RN) license(single-state license only; compact licenses not accepted)
BLS certificationfrom the American Heart Association (AHA)
Required Experience
Minimum ofseven (7) years of nursing experience
At leastfive (5) years in a supervisory or leadership role
