Synergie is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a leading sanitary and personal care manufacturing facility located in Springvale.

Important parts

• Shift pattern: 12-hour rotating shifts
  • Monday Thursday rotation
  • Rotating to Thursday Saturday shifts
• Pay rate: $46 per hour
• Location: Springvale
• Start date: ASAP
• Pre-employment requirements: Police check and medical assessment required

What you will be required to do

• Set up and calibrate tampon production machinery
• Load raw materials including cotton and applicators
• Operate automated production machines to ensure smooth output
• Conduct product quality inspections and identify defects
• Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and production issues
• Complete production records and maintain accurate logs
• Follow strict hygiene safety and manufacturing standards

To be successful in the role you will

• Have proven machine operating and troubleshooting experience within manufacturing
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Have experience completing quality checks and production documentation
• Be able to follow strict hygiene and safety procedures
• Be able to pass a police check and medical assessment
• Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
