AI Manager- 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Were looking for an AI Manager to lead highimpact AI initiatives and drive the daily value realisation of Microsoft Copilot and other AI platforms across Lowell UK. This role converts strategy into measurable outcomes by prioritising use cases managing AI products and championing colleague adoption.
Youll develop playbooks and dashboards lead enterprisewide Copilot rollout and act as Product Lead for key AI tools. Working within our AI frameworks youll ensure strong governance while building relationships across LFL Overdales UK Shared Services and the Centre of Excellence.
With proven experience delivering AI or dataenabled transformation in a regulated environment youll bring strong product leadership excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity and uplift AI literacy across the organisation.
What we need from you:
Undergraduate degree in business or a quantitative discipline (e.g. economics mathematics finance).
Strong outcome focus with the ability to deliver measurable results at pace.
Excellent critical thinking skills comfortable with ambiguity and evidencebased decisionmaking.
Proven ability to develop talent build capability and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional communication skills able to simplify complexity and create compelling engaging use cases.
Highly curious and creative with the ability to quickly learn teach others and apply new technical skills.
