Remarkable are currently looking for a Procedure Assistant to join our expanding outpatient clinics in a full-time position. Working collaboratively with X-Ray Technologists Radiologists and other healthcare professionals you will facilitate patient preparation and clinic readiness for interventional diagnostic procedures. This includes verifying required documentation setting up trays and supplies and answering patient questions while maintaining patient comfort. Bringing compassion and clarity to each interaction youll help ensure remarkable care every Youll Be DoingAssist with Procedures: Setup trays supplies and equipment and support Radiologists and X-Ray Technologists during fluoroscopy injections Upper GI and pain management Remarkable Care: Prepare patients for procedures verifying identification and required documentation explaining what to expect addressing questions and easing Coordination: Assist with clerical tasks as required including patient check-ins answering inbound inquiries and assisting with with Clinic Teams: Partner with X-Ray Administration and other clinic teams to help deliver a seamless and thoughtful Expertise: Engage in ongoing professional development to refine existing skills and stay current with advancements in patient care Compliance: Follow privacy confidentiality safety and other regulatory and Troubleshoot Systems: Contribute to maintenance and inspection of medical equipment to ensure and Maintain Work Areas: Prepare and stock exam rooms for patient exams and procedures; report low inventory as Were Looking ForHealthcare Background: Prior experience in hospital or clinic particularly in diagnostic imaging is Assistant Skills: Demonstrated ability to set up rooms including equipment trays and supplies.A Compassionate Approach: A history of remarkable care collaboration adaptability and Coordination Experience: Background supporting workflow in partnership with other clinical teams preparing and guiding patients throughout their visit and contributing to the overall clinic Background: Experience greeting patients and completing check-ins verifying documentation and maintaining accurate records along with an interest in continuing to develop these Proficiency: Skilled using electronic medical record and radiology information systems and clinical software such as Netcare and QGenda along with Microsoft Office.A Continuous Learning Mindset: A track record of ongoing professional We OfferCompetitive Pay: Industry-leading wages and unique additional earning Time Off: Vacation personal days sick leave and paid time off for your & Wellness: Medical dental and vision benefits plus access to our Employee & Family Assistance & Development: Specialized training Onboarding: Hands-on structured -Term Savings Program: RRSP/TFSA : Convenient onsite Protection: Short-term and long-term disability Insurance: Employer-paid InformationPosition Types: Location: The clinic assignment will be predominately Northtown.
