Program Management

About the role

The role is responsible for planning executing and controlling product or module releases within R&D projects. This position leads cross-functional project teams ensures transparent and goal-oriented project implementation and supports successful product launches in line with quality cost and delivery (QCD) requirements while complying with company rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Program Management youll be responsible for:

Leadership of a cross-functional project team.

Planning execution and control of development projects

Resource-optimized project organization

Synchronized team backlogs and optimal team control

Break down requirements into work packages in projects and schedule the processing so that the product release meets the requirements

Ensuring and channeling the transfer of information (defect management training of multipliers status reports)

确保和引导信息传递缺陷管理新成员的培训状态报告

Successful product/modul launches according to QCD aspects as per PDP

Continuous and transparent project reporting

持续和透明的项目报告

Other tasks from the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

Engineering studies at University Bachelor in Mechanical and Power Engineering

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
