Manufacturing Engineer II

We areseekinga highly driven Manufacturing Engineer II to play a keyrole insupporting a new product line within our Modern this position you will work alongside the team to assist in establishingnew manufacturing processes collaborating closely with our equipment team to define and implement the necessary production equipment. You will also partner with the quality team to ensure all products meet our quality standards through APQP methods.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement activities within production and business processes.
• Develop manufacturing processes standard work and create and maintain process documentation.
• Actively deploy lean concepts throughout the organization.
• Support Process Lead in PPT/IPT projects.
• Conduct extensive data analysis for effective problem solving.
• Assist in analyzing identifying and resolving production line problems and lead problem solving groups.
• Develop and maintain production line layouts and jigs/fixtures.

• Bachelors in Engineeringrequired equivalent industry related experience strongly preferred
• Threeyears experiencein a manufacturing setting
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems

• Demonstrable creative problem-solving skills
• Desire to shareexpertiseand be open to others ideas
