Job Description Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides diverse administrative support to executive management which includes independent judgment proficiency at general office procedures and Microsoft office products and excellent communications skills. Duties may include coordination and scheduling correspondence and presentation preparation and travel arrangements. Requires highly proficient/advanced administrative skills. Completes most complex tasks under minimal supervision.Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities
Performs administrative assistant duties for a senior leader.
Schedules and arranges appointments meetings including coordinating documents refreshments and resources and conference calls.
Prepares correspondence meeting minutes or executive summaries.
Maintains files and office supplies budget records reconciles and verifies expenses and completes reimbursements.
Scheduling and arranging meetings/events for internal and external customers .
Arranges of travel reservations. and prepares associated paperwork ensuring all policy and procedures are adhered to
Generate format and proofread documents which are often complex and technical in nature including correspondence reports presentations memoranda tables and charts while ensuring grammatical consistency.
Answer and screen telephone calls resolving routine and complex inquiries
Communicates executive leader intentions to other employees.
Assists other administrative/executive assistants and may assist with orientation and training of staff
Provide coverage and collaborate with other executive staff team members
Performs other duties as assigned
Skills/Abilities
Superior communication and computer skills
Strong ability Coordination of Outlook calendars
Proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office applications (Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook)
Knowledge and use of business systems
Self starter organized and detail-oriented individual
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Associates Degree in a related field of Study preferred
Experience
7 - 10 years administrative support experience required

$38.00 - $66.59Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreements approved rates by location and role.
