• Shift: Night Shift
• Hours: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours (3x12-hour shifts)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical and Telemetry care to work in a fast-paced acute care setting. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently possess strong telemetry and leadership skills and be capable of managing a diverse patient population across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to Medical Surgical and Telemetry patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data
• Administer medications IV therapies and prescribed treatments
• Coordinate and implement patient care plans with interdisciplinary teams
• Function as a Charge Nurse when required
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Ensure a safe clean and supportive patient care environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum experience in MS/Telemetry nursing
• Charge Nurse experience required
• Ability to independently manage a 1:6 patient ratio
• Experience caring for patients across all age groups (pediatric to geriatric preferred)
• Strong critical thinking leadership and communication skills

Required Certifications

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
