Job Skills / Requirements

Kent Services is looking for a security district manager to join our management team in NY.

Responsibilities:

Develop strong relationships with a portfolio of clients where success is measured through business retention achievements.

Provide proactive recommendations that address the clients overall business objectives.

Ensure the companys contractual obligations delivered by field personnel and/or technology services.

Serve as the liaison between the client and the companys leadership team and conduct monthly service reviews with the client providing security solution recommendations.

Attend meetings with clients as requested; often times outside the scope of regular business hours.

Identify products and services that support a proactive approach to anticipating a clients need.

Supervise the output of services through periodic reviews of daily logs incident reports and quality assurance reports.

Conduct annual performance reviews for key personnel in alignment with employment anniversaries.

Salary: 80000/year plus commission and performance bonus.
