We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert / CRM Automation Specialist to join our growing team and help build high-performing automation systems and customer communication workflows.
Job Summary-
We are seeking a highly motivated GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert with hands-on experience in CRM automation landing page setup lead nurturing workflows and client communication systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in setting up GoHighLevel workflows pipelines automated email/SMS campaigns and third-party integrations to streamline marketing and sales operations.
Key Responsibilites
- Setup and manage landing pages and funnels inside GoHighLevel
- Configure and integrate GHL contact forms on client websites
- Create and manage automated email campaigns and workflow automations
- Setup automated SMS/text messaging and notification alerts for clients
- Build and manage sales pipelines and lead tracking systems
- Upload segment and organize customer email/contact databases
- Setup and manage review request and review alert systems
- Configure appointment booking systems and calendar automations
- Integrate third-party tools using Zapier APIs Make webhooks etc.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize workflows for better lead conversion
- Troubleshoot CRM automation and integration-related issues
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve operational efficiency
Required Skills-
- Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Experience in CRM automation and workflow management
- Knowledge of email marketing and SMS automation
- Understanding of funnels landing pages and lead generation systems
- Familiarity with Zapier Make (Integromat) APIs and automation tools
- Experience managing pipelines and customer communication workflows
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and processes
- Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications-
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies
- Knowledge of customer journey automation and lead nurturing
- Understanding of Facebook Lead Ads and Google integrations
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge will be an added advantage
- Experience handling international clients/projects preferred
