Job Summary
Remote with Travel to Peterborough Area
Permanent / Monday Friday 0900-1700
Ready to take your Quantity Surveying career to the next level Were looking for a dynamic commercially focused professional to help drive major investment programmes and ensure we deliver brilliant services for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial management of repairs voids compliance and planned works.
- Take ownership of valuations variations forecasting and final accounts.
- Review and manage schedules of rates (including NHF).
- Support tenders procurement and contractor performance.
- Produce sharp accurate financial reports and forecasts.
- Spot efficiencies drive value for money and support longterm planning.
- Maintain strong audit trails and ensure full compliance with regulations.
What were looking for
- A proven track record delivering construction or housing-related contracts.
- Strong financial and commercial skills in a multistakeholder environment.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Confident understanding of risk planning building legislation and NHF SoRs.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (professional memberships are a bonus).
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
