We are seeking a skilled Change Management Analyst to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative involving the transition from multiple legacy systems to a unified digital platform. This role focuses on planning and executing organizational change management (OCM) activities to ensure both internal and external stakeholders are prepared for system and process changes.
The ideal candidate will quickly grasp new concepts translate them into actionable deliverables and support the successful adoption of new technologies processes and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of organizational change management strategies across multiple system releases
Draft coordinate and manage internal and external communications including key messaging and stakeholder materials
Monitor adoption metrics stakeholder feedback and resistance and assist with follow-up actions
Identify gaps in training communication and change readiness and implement targeted interventions
Lead post-release feedback collection and analysis to assess user experience and adoption
Translate insights into actionable recommendations and improvement plans
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align OCM activities with project timelines and objectives
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and enhancing change management approaches
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelors degree in a related field
PROSCI or CCMP certification
Minimum 5 years of experience delivering communications and presentations across multiple organizational levels (executive to end users)
Minimum 5 years of experience developing change management deliverables such as:
Change strategies and plans
Training strategies and plans
Stakeholder impact assessments
Communication strategies and plans
Minimum 5 years of experience in written and verbal communication including business and technical documentation
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
3 years of experience translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
3 years of experience in change facilitation
3 years of experience defining and measuring change success metrics
3 years of experience building strong stakeholder relationships
Experience supporting both business and IT change initiatives
Experience managing multiple concurrent tasks with strict deadlines
Additional Requirements
Background check required prior to engagement
Must provide own computer and equipment compatible with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD); Windows preferred
Responsible for own workspace setup (desk chair printer etc.)
Necessary system access credentials will be provided
