Role Overview
We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Sales Executive. As Sales Executive youll need excellent Solution Selling skills including good verbal and presentation skills to communicate our solutions to potential clients. Youll be working with new and existing customers: Qualifying leads managing opportunities and winning business. This role will suit a sales hunter discovering new leads and opportunities. You will join a dedicated team in China.
Primary Responsibilities
Specific tasks include (but are not limited to):
- Grow and expand the sales of HBK software through in the Chinese region.
- Maintain an awareness of and respond to customer needs (for HBK Software services products and support) and understand customers durability/reliability analysis requirements.
- Help to present HBK software to current and prospective customers
- Develop calling and selling strategies for assigned opportunities.
- Plan and execute customer visits and presentations to promote HBK Software awareness
- Utilize and document the sales process in SalesForce (working closely with Sales Staff Accounts and Purchasing)
- Perform other duties as required
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree preferably in STEM or Business Administration.
- 10 years experience in sales and business development specifically selling Engineering Software.
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Highly developed and diversified communication skills and techniques
- High standard of professional integrity
- Demonstrated success in software and/or software plus hardware sales.
- Willingness to travel.
