We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Signs team as the Signs North Island Sales this role youll take the lead on generating sales managing key client relationships and estimating tenders helping us grow our North Island signage business and deliver quality solutions for customers.

This role is a mix of field-based customer engagement and office-based sales and estimating work. Youll be responsible for promoting and selling our full range of signage products and services building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities across the North Island. A key part of the role is preparing accurate and competitive tenders and working closely with our operations teams to ensure we deliver on time and to specification. Your work will directly support our growth and help us strengthen Fulton Hogans reputation as a trusted signage provider.

- Actively promote and sell our signage products and services to new and existing clients.
- Identify pursue and convert new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline across the North Island.
- Build strong long-term relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients responding promptly to enquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services.
- Evaluate tender documents prepare accurate cost estimates and contribute to competitive tender submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and tender outcomes including regular reporting on performance against targets.

- Proven experience in sales ideally in the signage industry or a related field
- Experience preparing detailed cost estimates and tenders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and trust with key clients.
- Self-motivation a strong drive to hit targets and a passion for growing the business.
- The ability to lead and motivate team members and work collaboratively across teams
- A practical solutions-focused mindset and confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
