Facility Technician I 2nd Shift

Main purpose of jobThe primary purpose of the Facilities Technician I position is to support the maintenance cleanliness and general upkeep of the facility to ensure a safe clean and compliant manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing cleaning duties in controlled manufacturing areas as well as assisting with basic facilities maintenance tasks inspections and minor repairs under Job ResponsibilitiesAdheres to Viant Values and all safety environmental security and quality requirements including QMS EMS FDA regulations company policies and facility cleanliness by sweeping mopping scrubbing and vacuuming and sanitizes controlled manufacturing areas laboratories offices restrooms breakrooms and common removes and properly disposes of trash and cleans and stocks restroom windows glass partitions mirrors furniture fixtures walls and and uses approved cleaning solutions and chemicals according to specifications and safety proper procedures for use of cleaning chemicals and with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs replacing filters and minor routine inspections and reports safety or maintenance maintenance team with preventive maintenance and basic work maintain facility security including locking doors and monitoring with maintenance staff and outside contractors as other duties as RequirementsKnowledge / Education:High School Diploma or GED Experience:02 years of experience in custodial facilities maintenance or manufacturing support roles in a controlled or regulated manufacturing environment is a / Competencies:Ability to follow written and verbal mechanical aptitude and willingness to of safe chemical handling and cleaning to work independently and as part of a to detail and commitment to safety and computer familiarity Requirements:Ability to stand walk bend lift and perform repetitive be able to lift up to 50 to work in a manufacturing and controlled :Medical dental and vision benefits-effective on date of hireGenerous paid time off benefits and 10 paid Holidays136 hours of PTOCompany-paid life insurance401k plan with company matchUp to $150-off your gym membership annuallyEmployee Discount Program with savings on electronics home goods gym equipment and moreOur top-notch work environment includes:Climate Controlled in the summer & Comfortable Setting
