Job Summary

Leo is Amazons low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast reliable internet to customers and communities around the world and weve designed the system with the capacity flexibility and performance to serve a wide range of customers from individual households to schools hospitals businesses government agencies and other organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.

Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder) or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.

The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $32.00/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure. A full range of medical financial and/or other benefits are provided. This information is provided per the Washington State Pay Transparency Act. Base pay information is based on market location. Key job responsibilities
- Use proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually complete warehouse tasks and movement of parts
- Verify all materials are packaged/bagged and tagged for hand off to the production floor
- Document system issues process flaws and inefficiencies
- Communicate with quality control purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems
- Assist in managing shortages for clear to kit availability and floor stock replenishment
- Continuous improvement to streamline and improve results of stock availability
- Identify and resolve data quality issues
- Exhibit a constant passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Prepare and provide data driven reviews to management
- Willing to work all shifts including evenings and weekends depending on business needs

A day in the life
The Leo team is looking for warehouse planners to facilitate visual inventory management collaborate and assist in process improvements. The ideal candidate has experience in SAP (S4Hanna) materials requirements planning (MRP) systems has an understanding of business acumen and judgment analytical abilities written verbal communication skills and awareness to various cross-functional organization inter-dependencies.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Can lift up to 49 pounds stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours and be able to frequently push pull squat bend and reach
- 1 years in supply chain operations warehousing inventory control or related experience
- 1 years of experience using Microsoft Excel able to navigate and interpret data

- Be comfortable with ambiguity and be curious to learn new skills
- Be curious to learn in depth about both technology and our customers
- A curious self-starter with a proven track record of diving into unknown territory learning new concepts and pushing your comfort zone

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
