Responsibilities
- Proactively assess clarify and validate customer needs and expectations on an ongoing basis to ensure the highest satisfaction.
- Coordinate the involvement and escalation of internal resources including support service and management resources in order to meet customers expectations.
- Communicating customer concerns challenges and the interaction of different processes within their organization.
- Proactively lead document planning process that develops performance objectives KPIs financial targets and critical milestones for the duration of each customer contract.
- Act as a dedicated advocate for the customer ensuring a seamless positive experience throughout the entire transaction process.
- Effectively prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and ensure efficient use of both your time and your teams resources.
- Enthusiastically represent Orleans Toyota technology and solutions.
Qualifications
- Customer-facing sales experience in challenging environments required; automotive dealership experience (sales service F&I or BDC) is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with technology (dealership systems experience is a plus)
- Experience with contracts/compliance or documentation-heavy roles is a plus
- Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends
