About the Role

Movement for Life Physical Therapy is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team in San Luis Obispo CA. We offer mentorship for new grads specialty support and flexible scheduling in a collaborative patient-centered environment.

• Full-time preferred 40 hours per week

• Part-time and PRN candidates considered

Caseload & Specialty Areas

• Diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload including:

  • Sports injuries

  • Pre and post-operative rehabilitation

  • Injury prevention and performance conditioning

• Specialty areas supported including:

  • Blood Flow Restriction Therapy

  • Concussion Rehabilitation

  • Neurological Rehab & Parkinsons Disease

  • Vestibular Therapy

  • Pediatrics

New grads are welcome! Mentorship is available to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Work Schedule

• Clinic hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM

• Flexible scheduling available: 4x10s or 5x8s

• No weekends or holidays!

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $80000 - $110000 per year (based on experience and specialty certifications)

Job Requirements

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing)

• California PT licensure or eligibility

• New grads welcome mentorship available
