Job Summary
Pro Tech Mechanical a Crete United company is looking to add an experienced commercial Plumbing Estimator to our dynamic team in Corpus Christi Texas. Re-location assistance can be considered for well qualified candidates. Must have at least 5 years of Estimation/Project Management experience with knowledge in commercial construction. The position is full-time and offers many great benefits including a generous base pay and bonus structure hands-on training and room for growth within the organization. Essential Duties for Estimator:
- Create accurate take off for Commercial Electrical projects
- Maintain contact with vendors and subcontractors regarding projects (submittals change orders RFIs O&Ms etc.)
- Properly process/submit/file change orders
- Properly perform quantity take offs for estimates
- Promptly answer/return phone calls and emails from vendors and customers
Requirements
- 5 Years minimum experience in a similar Electrical estimator role
- Experience with Commercial or Industrial Electrical Estimation / Project Management.
- Must be able to prioritize work and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office with knowledge of spreadsheets projects and presentation software.
- Experience with digital onscreen take-off systems; Viewpoint software preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and understand drawings details and project specifications.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work with others.
