Our client is seeking an experienced Sales & Lettings Manager to operate across Portsmouth managing their own portfolio of clients while delivering a seamless property service across both sales and lettings.

You will be responsible for generating business listing property and managing transactions end-to-end while building lasting client relationships.

Previous property industry experience essential.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Manager:

• Managing your own portfolio of buyers sellers landlords and tenants
• Generating new business through multiple channels
• Listing and marketing properties for sale and let
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing the full sales and lettings process from instruction to completion
• Delivering a high standard of service throughout the customer journey

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in estate agency sales and/or lettings essential
• Background as a Branch Manager Sales Manager Lettings Manager or Lister advantageous
• Proven ability to win instructions and list property
• Strong business generation skills
• Existing network of landlords developers or local contacts beneficial
• Highly motivated with a professional proactive approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence required
