Job Summary
Project Admin / Document Controller
Job Description:
-
Manage and control project documentation ensuring accurate records and easy retrieval.

Prepare format and maintain project reports correspondence and other documents.

Support the project team with administrative tasks meeting arrangements minutes and follow-ups.

Ensure compliance with company and client document control procedures.

Liaise with engineering procurement and construction teams for documentation requirements.
Experience: -
Minimum 5-7 years in a similar role

Preferably in Oil & Gas / Marine industry
Requirements: -
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Experience in supporting multi-disciplinary project teams.
