The Role:
Post: Occupational Health Physician Private Healthcare (Corporate Caseloads)
Location: London and Home Counties.
Employment: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities (Minimum 3 days per week)
Working Pattern: Hybrid Office and Remote Weekdays Only.
Role Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to 120000 FTE (depending on experience)

What youll do:
Foster a culture of proactive engagement and strong partnership with corporate clients working directly with employees and HR teams to embed HCAs occupational health services
Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor integrating HCA Healthcare UKs occupational health offering within client organisations
Provide expert guidance on employee health workplace adjustments and absence management
Support client engagement through meetings consultations and presentations to ensure highquality service delivery
Manage occupational health cases including triage and absence reviews with clinical consultations comprising initial appointments (60 minutes) and followups (30 minutes)
Produce client reports highlighting activity risk and measurable benefits to support informed decisionmaking
Contribute to peer review audit and quality assurance collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic employee support
