Design Technology Teacher
You would be working in a modern and well-equipped Design Technology department teaching across KS3 KS4 and KS5. The department benefits from specialist workshops excellent facilities and strong technician support enabling students to develop practical and technical skills across a range of disciplines.
Students are encouraged to develop creativity problem-solving and independent thinking through practical learning and design projects. The curriculum covers a range of areas including resistant materials product design and engineering principles helping students prepare for further study and future careers.
The department is collaborative and supportive with teachers working closely together to share ideas resources and effective teaching strategies. Students are motivated and enjoy practical learning opportunities within a safe and structured environment.
The School provides strong CPD provision mentoring support for ECTs and opportunities for career progression. Staff wellbeing and professional development are highly valued throughout the school community.
