1. Exemplary Instruction: Delivering high-challenge Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE Triple and Combined Science) with opportunities for A-Level instruction in your specialist discipline.

2. Practical Leadership: Designing and executing rigorous laboratory experiments that foster a deep understanding of the scientific method and promote analytical thinking.

3. Conceptual Clarity: Demystifying complex theoriesfrom the mechanics of the human heart to the intricacies of chemical bonding and the laws of thermodynamics.

4. Data-Driven Success: Utilizing the academys sophisticated assessment framework to identify and bridge learning gaps ensuring all students exceed their academic targets.

5. STEM Advocacy: Leading extracurricular initiatives such as robotics clubs or environmental sustainability projects that inspire students to pursue science beyond the classroom.

The Successful Candidate We are looking for a subject specialist who is passionate about cultivating the next generation of scientists and engineers. Requirements include:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong honours degree in Biology Chemistry Physics or a related Science discipline.

• Proven Track Record: Evidence of delivering exceptional learning outcomes at GCSE with a deep understanding of AQA or Edexcel assessment objectives.

• Instructional Versatility: The ability to teach all three sciences at KS3 while maintaining high-level expertise in your chosen specialism at KS4 and KS5.

• Reflective Practice: A professional committed to continuous growth eager to participate in collaborative planning and peer-led professional development.
