Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage daily facility maintenance and operational activities
- Lead and develop skilled technicians across HVAC mechanical electrical and general maintenance disciplines
- Plan coordinate and execute operational and capital improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards regulatory requirements and company policies
- Monitor and report operational KPIs maintenance metrics and financial performance
- Prepare professional reports and presentations for senior leadership and client review
- Manage labor planning scheduling budgeting and cost controls
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability efficiency and service delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsive service
Qualifications
- Maintenance background with working knowledge of HVAC mechanical and electrical systems
- Demonstrated leadership experience in maintenance or facility operations
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite required; CMMS experience preferred)
- Experience tracking documenting and analyzing operational data
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Prior operations management experience overseeing multi-disciplinary maintenance teams
- Experience supporting 24/7 operations
