E-Commerce Graphic Designer (Part-Time, Freelance)

Who We Are

Blankspace Commerce is a fully remote Amazon and TikTok Shop growth agency. We work end-to-end with international brands corporations and startups on their Amazon and TikTok Shop strategy advertising content and operations. Our team is distributed across Europe the Philippines and Latin America - warm tight-knit and genuinely collaborative.

The Role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Graphic Designer to join our content team part-time. You will create Amazon listing image templates that drive conversion for our clients and you will work closely with our existing senior designer and our content lead.

This is a part-time freelance role on an hourly basis starting at around 10 hours per week with the option to ramp based on volume.

Tasks

Your Tasks

• Create Amazon listing image templates against a defined Blankspace style system (main responsibility)
• Build A content modules and product detail page variations (lower volume)
• Produce Brandstore content as needed (sporadic)
• Creating and owning your own briefs
• Ensure full control over design direction feasibility and final output quality
• Communicate directly with clients to gather and incorporate design feedback
• Maintain visual consistency across product ranges within each client account

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Figma Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
• Solid eye for visual hierarchy and conversion-driven design
• Clean technical execution: proper layering text legibility export-ready files
• Reliable English communication in an async-first culture (written first async over meetings)
• Experience using AI tools to generate visual elements (ChatGpt Gemini Claude Runway Sora)

• German-language reading ability (most of our clients are DACH-region briefings often include German texts)
• Familiarity with template systems (Figma component libraries InDesign masters or similar)
• Basic video editing skills

Compensation

15 to 20 USD per hour depending on experience. Training time fully paid. Hourly freelance invoice (Wise or equivalent).

Ukraine/Poland

Work Schedule

Fully remote. Flexible hours with at least 2 to 3 hours of overlap with European business hours per working day. Weekly target volume around 10 hours to start with potential to increase based on workload and performance.

Who You Work With

You report to our Content Lead. Our existing senior designer acts as German-language QA on relevant work. Weekly sync via Google Meet ClickUp or Slack plus a sync briefing flow on every project**.**
