Job Summary

AI Developer

What You ll Do

Design build and ship agentic AI systems multi-agent orchestrations tool-use pipelines RAG architectures and human-in-the-loop workflows for enterprise clients.
Develop and extend our in-house tools & accelerators.
Integrate LLM APIs (Claude / Anthropic as a primary platform plus multi-vendor flexibility) with enterprise data sources vector databases and business systems.
Own features end-to-end: requirements architecture implementation code review testing deployment and post-launch support on client infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with the cybersecurity engineer to embed security and privacy by design into every AI system we ship.
Write clean well-tested well-documented code and review code generated by AI agents before it ships.
Contribute to technical proposals scoping and estimation for client engagements and public-sector RFPs.
Help shape our engineering practices tooling and agentic development workflow as one of the founding engineers.

Required Qualifications

3 6 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record of shipping production systems.
Strong Python expertise; comfort with at least one of TypeScript / Go or Java for integration work.
