Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled D365 CE Technical to join our team on a staff augmentation basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed environment while aligning with EST working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and customize solutions within D365 CE
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Configure and implement D365 CE modules and integrations
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues
- Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations and timelines
Key Requirements:
- Strong technical or techno-functional experience in D365 CE
- Hands-on experience with customization configuration and integration within Dynamics 365 CE
- Good understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate is a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in EST (New York) time zone regardless of location
