Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Implementation Project Manager (Payments)

Role Summary
Lead end-to-end client implementations for enterprise payment and ERP integrations ensuring successful go-live strong stakeholder alignment and on-time/on-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full implementation lifecycle: kickoff configuration testing staging and production deployment.
Translate client requirements and SOW into clear project plans timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across product engineering ERP infrastructure and client IT/business teams.
Track risks dependencies escalations and drive issue resolution.
Provide regular stakeholder updates and maintain KPIs scorecards and forecasting.
Identify product/process improvements and partner with engineering to deliver enhancements.

Required Experience

5 years in Technical Project Management (Payments/B2B/E-commerce preferred).
Working knowledge of APIs (.NET REST/JSON SOAP Postman) and networking basics.
Experience integrating with ERPs (Oracle JDE Oracle EBS SAP ECC).
