Job Summary
Title: QA Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong communication skills proven experience leading large QA teams and a process-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both manual and automation testing and be capable of driving quality initiatives across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage QA teams across multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
- Define and implement QA processes test strategies and best practices.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders developers and project managers to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Perform manual testing and oversee automation testing activities.
- Validate APIs and backend services using tools such as Postman SOAP UI or similar tools.
- Review test plans test cases defect reports and ensure proper test coverage.
- Mentor junior QA team members and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in QA/Test Lead roles managing large teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
- Good understanding of Automation Testing frameworks and tools.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman SOAP UI or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC STLC Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Process-oriented approach with strong attention to quality and compliance.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Selenium Cypress or other automation tools.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
- Experience working in enterprise-level environments.
