Title: GraphQL Developer

Location: Charlotte NC - Day 1 Onsite

Duration: Long term contract

We are looking for a skilled GraphQL Developer to design build and optimize scalable APIs and backend services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with GraphQL architecture API development microservices and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems. Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Design develop and maintain scalable GraphQL APIs and services.
• Build efficient resolvers schemas and data-fetching layers.
• Integrate GraphQL APIs with backend systems databases and third-party services.
• Optimize API performance caching security and query efficiency.
• Collaborate with frontend backend DevOps and product teams.
• Implement authentication authorization and API governance best practices.
• Develop reusable components and maintain API documentation.
• Participate in code reviews testing debugging and deployment activities.
• Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Strong experience with GraphQL and API architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Experience with Apollo Server or similar GraphQL frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST APIs microservices and backend integration.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL MongoDB MySQL or DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with Git CI/CD pipelines and version control practices.
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms like JWT/OAuth.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as:
  • AWS
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Kafka or event-driven architecture.
• Exposure to AI/Agentic AI integrations is an added advantage.
