About the Role:
The firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 1 5 years of experience to join its Denver office. This role offers direct involvement in large-scale commercial real estate matters across a broad range of asset classes and industries.
Associates will work closely with experienced attorneys and clients on sophisticated transactions gaining substantial hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility from day one.
Key areas of work include:
- Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
- Real estate finance transactions
- Leasing matters
- Development projects
- Joint venture transactions
- Complex deal structuring and negotiations

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should have:
- 1 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Experience handling real estate finance leasing development and/or joint venture matters
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Candidates should be comfortable working directly with sophisticated clients and managing complex transactional matters.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation for this role ranges from $210000 to $290000 depending on experience. Associates are also eligible for an hours-based bonus.
