The firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Finance Attorney with 6 years of experience to join the debt finance section of its corporate group. This opportunity is available in the Denver Los Angeles and New York offices.
This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated debt financing transactions for prominent lenders and borrowers while taking on significant responsibility in transaction management negotiations and client strategy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading complex matters coordinating cross-functional teams and managing transactions with minimal supervision.

- Representing lenders and borrowers in complex debt financing transactions
- Negotiating and drafting:
- Credit agreements
