Position Overview
We are seeking a Workday Support Specialist for the HR Technology team. This role is dedicated to high-level functional support troubleshooting and keeping our Workday environment healthy. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving configuration issues and managing data requests in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities-
Production Support: Act as the lead for Workday support tickets related to HCM Benefits Compensation and Absence. Payroll is a plus

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex Business Process (BP) errors calculation glitches and integration failures.

Data Management: Execute frequent data loads and mass updates via EIBs to support organizational changes and audits.

Report Requests: Generate on-demand reports and modify existing Advanced and Matrix reports to meet immediate business needs.

Security Maintenance: Handle day-to-day security requests including role assignments and troubleshooting access issues.

User Empowerment: Create simple how-to documentation to help end-users and HRBP partners navigate new features.

Experience: 2 years of dedicated Workday administration or support experience.

Module Knowledge: Functional fluency in HCM Benefits Comp and Absence. You should know where the gears are in these modules.

Technical Tools: High proficiency in EIBs and Report Writer is non-negotiable.

Speed & Accuracy: Ability to manage a steady ticket queue in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing data integrity.

Security Savvy: Practical experience managing Workday security groups and permissions.
