Role Overview
A leading national healthcare organization is seeking an HRIS Data & Systems Consultant to support project-based initiatives across its HR technology landscape.
This is not a support or ticket-based role - the consultant will take an assertive problem-solving approach working on system issues identified during software conversion particularly within SAP SuccessFactors.
How This Role Operates
- Work is assigned as discrete problem statements / initiatives
- Consultant is expected to:
- Assess problems
- Define scope approach & effort
- Execute independently
- Deliver outputs with documentation
- Move on to next priority after completion
Required Qualifications
- 5 10 years in HRIS / HR Technology / HR Data roles
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central required)
- Advanced Excel (mandatory):
- Pivot tables complex formulas
- Data reconciliation
- Power Query (preferred)
- Experience handling large complex datasets
- Strong problem scoping & estimation ability
- Deep root cause analysis skills
Preferred Skills
- Payroll systems experience (SAP ECP ADP)
- Workforce Management exposure
- Post-implementation stabilization experience
- Experience building audit/validation frameworks
