Role Overview

Client is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to lead Rural Health Workforce Transformation initiatives. This is a high-ownership policy program execution role involving workforce planning stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision making across statewide healthcare initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in Healthcare / Public Health / Workforce Development PM roles
Deep understanding of health workforce planning & policy
Experience working with state agencies healthcare systems or public sector
Strong stakeholder management across multiple entities
Hands-on with data analysis reporting & program evaluation
Excellent communication presentation & documentation skills

Education

Masters Degree (Health Policy / Public Policy / HR / Education / Related) preferred
Equivalent experience also considered
