#CNA2025 Job Description Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Albuquerque NM
Facility: Albuquerque Heights HC
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Any 3 to 4 days out of the week 6:00 AM 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
Pay Rate: $19/hr to $23/hr on W2 (based on distance)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing facility. The CNA will assist residents with activities of daily living ensure their comfort and safety and support the nursing team in delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff
- Support patient mobility including transfers and ambulation
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Ensure a clean safe and organized environment
- Follow all HIPAA and safety protocols
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
- Active CNA Certification from NM
- Current BLS/CPR Certification (preferred)
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
