Roles & Responsibilities

Perform patient assessment care planning implementation and evaluation for Med-Surg patients (Adult Pediatric Ortho).
Administer medications treatments and nursing interventions safely and accurately.
Document all patient care activities in EPIC EMR in compliance with hospital standards.
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.
Provide patient and family education and ensure understanding of care plans.
Collaborate with healthcare team delegate tasks and function as Charge Nurse when required.

Certifications Required

BLS / BCLS (Basic Life Support) Required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Required
State of Wisconsin RN License Must be active and current
